Belron® announces the acquisition of Mobiscarr LLC
Belron® announces the
completion of a small acquisition in Russia. It has acquired from
Mobiscar LLC seventeen vehicle glass repair and replacement branches located in
four Russian cities including nine in Moscow. The completion of this
transaction gives Belron® an operating presence in 34 countries.
