Gary Lubner, Chief Executive Officer
Gary Lubner studied finance at the University of Cape Town and on graduating joined Arthur Andersen where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981. He completed his MBA programme at London Business School in 1991 and joined Belron soon after graduating.
Before being appointed as CEO, Gary was responsible for all of the European operations of Belron, prior to that he was Managing Director of the UK business, Autoglass®.
During his time with the company, Gary has held a number of roles that have seen him responsible for the growth and development of key areas of the business.
Gary Lubner has been with Belron for over 20 years and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the company in May 2000.

Dave Meller, Group Support Services Director
Dave Meller is a main Board Director of the Belron Group with responsibility for the Group Support Services function covering Finance, Legal, and HR. Dave joined the business in March 2003 as the Group Finance Director and has had various responsibilities since then, including two years as Head of IT.
Dave began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and spent two years working in the US.
He has also held positions at United Biscuits notably as the Finance Director for McVitie's, the leading UK biscuit business.
Dave has a BA in Engineering Science from Oxford University and an MBA from Warwick University.

Richard Tyler, Group Customer Director
Richard is responsible for Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Digital & IT functions for the group. Richard joined Belron® in 2010 as Group Supply Chain Director, adding Group Operations responsibilities in 2011. In early 2014 his functions were expanded to their current scope as the Group established the Customer function with the objective of creating a true customer-driven, cross-functional way of working in Belron.
Prior to joining Belron, Richard spent 16 years at Unilever. He has worked across all Supply Chain functions including Manufacturing, Logistics and Purchasing, as well as cross-functional roles in HR and Corporate Planning. His Fast Moving Consumer Goods experience covers all the main categories of Unilever’s business, from Home & Personal Care products to Foods and Ice Cream. Richard also worked for a short time in Consultancy, joining OC&C Strategy Consultants in 2001.
Richard gained an MBA from INSEAD in 2000 and a BEng degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Manchester in 1993.

Tom Feeney, President and CEO of Safelite Group
Since joining the Safelite Group in 1988, Tom Feeney has held several positions within the organization including senior vice president retail operations and group senior vice president. In October 1991, Tom was promoted to Senior Vice President, Client Sales and Support and again in 2003 as Executive Vice President and Chief Client Officer with responsibility for Safelite Solutions. Tom became president and CEO of the Safelite Group in 2008. Tom is now a Director for the Safelite Group Board of Directors and a member of the Belron Global Leadership Team.
Before joining Safelite, Tom was the vice president of franchise operations for Tenneco Automotive Retail. He also held sales and operations positions with Hertz Corporation and American International Rent-a-Car.
Tom received his BSc degree in Accounting from La Salle University, Philadelphia, Pa.

Gérard Damski, Regional General Manager
Gérard Damski is Regional General Manager for Canada, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Belgium/Luxemburg, Australia and New Zealand.
Gérard joined Belron in September 1997 as General Manager of Carglass® Belgium/Luxemburg. In 2001, he became General Manager of Carglass® France. Then, in 2005, he became Regional General Manager of five European Business Units: France, Germany, Italy, Belgium/Luxemburg and The Netherlands. Australia and New Zealand were added to his Region in 2007 and in 2013 he took responsibility for Canada.
Gérard started his career with Procter & Gamble, in various marketing roles, moving on to PepsiCo Restaurants International as Marketing Director for the Benelux Region initially, and then took on a wider European responsibility. Gérard is a Commercial Engineer from the Solvay Business School, Belgium.

Nigel Doggett, Regional General Manager
Nigel Joined Belron in 1999 as Operations Director for Autoglass® UK before becoming Managing Director in 2003. Nigel joined the Belron Executive Team in 2005 and held the role of Managing Director of Belron UK Ltd, covering both Autoglass® and Laddaw – the UK distribution business until late 2010. Nigel is now Regional General Manager responsible for the following markets: UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Brazil, Russia, Ireland, AutoRestore and Franchises.
After graduating from Oxford University, Nigel spent seven years at Mobil Oil before moving to Granada Hospitality as a Regional Director.

Marc de Souter, Regional General Manager
Marc de Souter has been with Belron since 1987, initially based in Belgium and supporting our entry into several Continental European markets. Marc spent some time in the central Strategic Business Development Unit before becoming the General Manager of Carglass® Spain and in 2013 became responsible for Carglass® Portugal in addition to the Spanish business. Marc is now the Regional General Manager with responsibility for Spain, Turkey, Portugal, Greece, Hungary, Austria and Switzerland.
