» Our recruitment process OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS Recruitment Our recruitment process is similar for all senior executives and for all staff at the corporate office in Richmond, UK. We want the very best people, and for us that means the right combination of skills, experience and behaviours (against our leadership competencies). Where do we recruit? We value both industry experience and new perspectives. We often recruit from outside our industry, to update our skills and thinking. Our Recruitment Process Step 1: Initial Interview Candidates come to us from a combination of head-hunters, advertising and the web. Initially, we hold structured interviews to explore their experience and skills in some detail.
