We have a clear ambition to become the world's natural choice in vehicle glass repair and replacement. Being responsible in how we do business is critical in reaching this goal.
We aim to do the right thing every day and to ensure we behave with integrity in everything that we do. Corporate Responsibility isn’t an initiative within Belron, it is what we believe in and aspire to. We will continue to develop our reputation for being a trusted and respected company in the eyes of our people, customers and partners.
We have formalised our approach into four strong corporate responsibility commitments that guide all of our day-to-day operations: Environment, Giving Back, Our Way of Working (Ethics) and, underpinning all of these, Our People.
Belron is proud to be a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact initiative. The UNGC is a further demonstration of our corporate responsibility commitments by aligning our operations and strategies with 10 principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.

We recognise that our business has an impact on the environment, both locally and globally, so we are working hard to understand, measure and manage our environmental impacts. Measuring our carbon footprint has enabled us to manage carbon emissions directly in our control, such as those from our branches and fleet. However, we have gone further and looked beyond our immediate business in order to reduce the impact of our core services.
We work hard to manage and reduce our impact on the environment and we are taking meaningful steps to continuously improve in the long term.
