Belron International is recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces

Belron International achieved an outstanding 4th place in the Medium category (organisations with 50 – 499 employees) in the annual UK Best Workplaces list announced at a gala dinner on 13th May.
This was the first time that Belron International had entered the programme, making the result a huge achievement as only a small number of organisations even make the list in the first year of entering.
On hearing the results Gary Lubner commented: “I’m absolutely delighted that we have achieved such a high ranking on our first time of entering. Taking part in the Great Workplaces programme is aligned with our exciting ambition - ‘to be the best place you will ever work‘ - and I’m really pleased that Belron International is now publicly recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces. Thank you to all those involved in our entry, and to everyone who took part in the employee survey”.
The Best Workplaces programme is run by the Great Place to Work Institute UK, an organisation that specialises in employee research and helps businesses to understand and improve levels of engagement. The programme is the largest and most respected global study of people management and workplace cultures which culminates in the Best Workplace awards. Entering the programme involves taking part in an employee survey and workplace culture audit. To be successful, participating organisations must achieve a high minimum score in their employee survey, which measures the levels of trust and engagement in the organisation. The award also recognises the strength of leadership and the range of innovative, creative and effective HR policies which creates the workplace culture.
