Carglass® Italy crowned ‘Retailer of the Year’ in the automotive industry

Carglass® Italy has confirmed its supremacy by winning for the second year in a row the prestigious Insegna dell’Anno (Retailer of the Year) award in the automotive category.

The internationally recognised awards, run by Dutch company Q&A, are based on customer evaluations of retail providers in a variety of sectors. Carglass® Italy customers completed online questionnaires between May and September 2014 and rated nine areas including service, quality, staff proficiency and courtesy, and promotions.

Competing against 22 companies within its category, including large networks of garages and car dealers as well as world famous brands, Carglass® Italy has been recognised for its professionalism, expertise and specialisation within all its branches.

Stella Meo, Marketing Director at Belron® Italy,received the award during a dedicated gala dinner held in Milan on 5 November. Stella said: “We are very proud of our high standard of service, constant attention to training, proactive professional development and efforts to improve the relationship with the customer, all factors that contribute to our NPS scores and to our review rating. Winning for a second year reinforces our primacy in this category and raises awareness of our customers who choose to rely on our branches”.

The Q&A Retailer of the Year awards were established in 2003 and run in a number of European Countries. The concept originated from the desire of consumers to share their opinion on their favourite shops.
