“I’ve been focusing on the Belron® Way of Fitting in my daily work. Along with my coach, we are working on improving my weaker skills.”
What is the best part of your job?
“Seeing the customer change from being concerned about their vehicle to being satisfied and happy. Being able to use my skills and knowledge to help a customer is the best part of my job.”
How do you feel you make a difference in your role as a technician?
“I feel more responsible for everything I do; from communicating with customers and colleagues to keeping the service centre tidy.”
