“Shocked and relieved that all my preparation had paid off. I’m really excited to represent New Zealand on the big stage.”

How are you preparing for the international final?
“By doing what I do every day. And lots of extra practice on top of that.”

What is the best part of your job?
“Seeing the smile on a customer’s face after we help them get back on the road.”

How do you feel you make a difference in your role as a technician?
“By keeping my standards high and doing the best job I can, it keeps everyone safe.”
