How did you feel after winning?
“I felt a sense of relief, all the hard work and years of competing paid off.”

How are you preparing for the international final?
“My team/coaches and I have set up a work schedule to give me the best possible chance of winning. Lots of hands-on training and reading over literature after work is done for the day.”

What is the best part of the job?
“I enjoy fixing my customers’ issues and getting them on with their day. If customers leave me with a smile then I’ve done my job to make the experience a memorable one.”

How do you feel you make a difference in your role as a technician?
“As a technician we are the last person that the customer sees. That means we need to follow our procedures, mirroring what everyone on the phone, in the office, or on the internet has told them would happen. I make a difference by following our core values and also teaching newer technicians how to shine their brightest.”

What makes Safelite® a special place to work for you?
“I enjoy what I do for a living. It’s a great feeling turning thousands of accidents, thefts and mishaps into pleasing moments that our customers will share with others.”

What makes you the best of Belron®?
“It’s not the trophy or the cheque at the end. It’s the sense of pride that I have in everything I do. It’s me knowing that I gave it my best during the competitions as well as in my daily job.”

How do you like to spend your leisure time?
“My wife and I enjoy travelling whether it be a daily trip or a week long adventure. I enjoy kickboxing and working on my own vehicles. Most of all I enjoy family time.”

What’s the one thing you could not live without?
“I would have to say my wife and family. We support each other no matter what the obstacle is.”
