He has a genuine interest in the impact his actions will have on the business and on others, and is always on the lookout for a solution which will provide the best outcome for colleagues and customers.

In 2017, Sim led a number of key deliverables, including establishing the Alexandria Contact Centre, designing tools that drive improved customer experiences, and forecasting and delivering the go live plan and training for a major new system implementation. Sim’s massive effort in ensuring people received the training and time needed to develop new skills was a major factor in the successful roll out of the Customer Solutions Hub.

Sim has received incredible praise from his colleagues who describe him as dedicated, welcoming, and approachable for guidance and support, someone who meets or exceeds expectations every time, with good balance skills and who is a role model for others.
