Having been with the organisation for 30 years, Larry’s knowledge is profound. But it’s his customer-driven approach that makes him one of our most exceptional people. Larry’s approach to service is personal. He has spent his lifetime in his town, he knows so many people and he treats all of his customers like friends. He takes pride every day with each customer. For Larry, it isn’t customer service, it’s customer care.
Thanks to his knowledge and reputation, Larry is trusted in the community and this has enabled him to grow his sales of Value-Added Products (such as wiper blades and cabin filters) each year with ease. Because he genuinely cares about people, he takes the time to educate his customers about the value and added safety that these products can offer. Larry places the utmost importance on his customers’ safety, and in turn the customers appreciate his expertise and see that he wants to take care of their needs.
With his approach to customer care and high level of energy, it’s no surprise that Larry is a leader in Ontario West when it comes to customer feedback. However, he’s also recognised for the support, encouragement and credit he gives his team.
