Deepak can always be counted on to go above and beyond. He is passionate about what he does and he truly makes a difference to the business and to those around him. He has improved the working environment by implementing new processes and improving existing ones, so that clients and the technicians he works with are better served. Deepak always makes time to listen and help. His positive energy and manners make him stand out around the office. 

When the team is a person short and a call comes in, Deepak will volunteer to go out and do the job to ensure it gets done. He is constantly helping out other departments, willingly giving his time and knowledge to assist. Helping out with training for example, or resolving an urgent query for a rental company and then managing to get the job done the same day! He has direct contact with key accounts and has developed great relationships with them. He is also an excellent team representative on health and safety and a real champion for the cause. And on top of all this, Deepak is currently fulfilling the extra task of stand-in receptionist, taking great care in helping all visitors that need assistance.
