Gary takes real pride in his work. He has a great attitude and nothing is ever too much trouble. It would be a very rare thing for Gary not to complete a job. If it's the wrong glass, and we have stock, he’ll come back and get the correct one. If the customer's circumstances have changed, he’ll switch the whole run around to accommodate it. If he has to work late, he’ll do it with a smile on his face.
Gary has a great rapport with customers. He’ll chat, answer questions and explain what he’s doing while he’s working. He isn’t just a technician doing a good job, he gives something more: heart. One day, Gary went out to a customer who’d had her car broken into. She needed it fixed urgently because she had to go to a funeral that day. Later that day she called back to say just how nice Gary had been to her. She said she’d been awfully upset because of it being her grandfather’s funeral and on top of that her car had been broken into and her belongings stolen. But Gary had been extremely caring and even bought her a cup of coffee.
