Jamie’s role is primarily focused on when things don’t go to plan. She is the main point of contact for our customers in such circumstances and can face a great deal of adversity and receive little appreciation.
Yet every customer is treated with respect. She empathises, reassures and then digs down to find the root cause of the issue to prevent it happening in the future. Jamie approaches every day with a positive attitude and a belief in the service that we deliver and the people who deliver it. Such is her passion for the customer and solving issues, that she will often work long and hard in areas that she would not normally have to, to ensure the customer has been cared for.
Jamie has a keen sense of ownership and attaches a very personal level of care and responsibility to the customer, having belief that we stand behind our values and will solve their problem.
