Richárd reports to the Ops Director who has been guiding branches through a period of intensive change, both in attitude and efficiency. He was promoted to Cluster Manager at a time when morale amongst technicians was low. With great effort and dedication, Richárd has engaged each of the technicians personally and has started sorting out some of the issues that technicians and customers have been facing. Moreover, he has restored the technicians’ faith and is now inspiring them to think creatively about how they too can solve some of the problems.
Richárd also joined forces with his peers, Balázs Kollár, responsible for countryside branches, and senior technical trainer, Gergely Dani and, in just one year the trio has established three new branches and hired and trained several new technicians.
An example of Richárd’s motivational and visionary skills relates to two of the most productive master fitters who were, at the time, both on the brink of quitting their jobs. Spending time with them, Richárd not only managed to re-engage them but today they are each leading their own branches and mentoring junior technicians to become master fitters with astonishing speed and dedication.
