Adrian has gained a reputation as the ‘go-to person’ for resolving stock availability issues. Adrian organises windscreens to be couriered to UK customers outside of our normal delivery network parameters. He also organises those needing to be shipped to Europe and books couriers to get glass to technicians on the same day. Adrian always looks at managing cost and optimising logistical efficiency.

As a warehouse team member, Adrian’s role is to pick orders and deal with returns. His move into the stock process team is a progression from his basic role duties. Adrian voluntarily started to pick up customer complaints which involve the need to courier glass to customer locations within a quick timeframe. Over time, Adrian has taken it upon himself to incorporate these escalations into his own role. He owns a problem from start to finish.

Adrian not only applies his experience but also his care and dedication to each and every customer enquiry. He ensures each call is answered with a consistent level of professionalism and applies the same level of quality, focussing on the end result for the customer. He goes the extra mile to ensure customers receive excellent service.
