Mads is the kind of person that lifts both the business and the people around him, inspiring everyone to be positive and to do better. Mads pays no attention to his working hours if there is a customer with a problem, and will quite literally go the extra mile to solve his customers problems.
There are many examples of Mads driving for hours to get a new windscreen so that he can help the customer that day. On one occasion when the wrong windscreen was delivered, Mads drove for more than two hours in each direction to get a new one, and still managed to do his other scheduled jobs. Another time, Mads helped a customer who was supposed to be going on holiday the following day but who had a broken windscreen. Mads had a full programme but somehow found the time to help the customer, even though it meant driving for several hundreds of kilometres and coming home late in the evening, many hours after he should have finished work.
Mads frequently offers to work overtime and at weekends if he feels that an extra person is needed. He has also cancelled holidays and days off when the circumstances have warranted it.
