Lorenzo is a branch manager with superb sales results. He enjoys the art of selling but is aware that what brings him joy can be very challenging for some others in traditionally non-sales roles. He wanted to help his team and colleagues who struggle with this task or do not know how to do it efficiently. In his quest to promote good sales habits across the service centres, Lorenzo produced a sales protocol to standardise this process. It was aimed to support less experienced colleagues. After testing and listening to feedback, this protocol has evolved into an extremely useful dossier.
