RECOGNISING OUR PEOPLE
We will always recognise our people for the great work they do. This is exemplified on a large scale through the Best of Belron event. Here, Belron technicians from around the world go head-to-head in the hope of becoming the Best of Belron. The event attracts a huge following, and is a great example of how we put our people first and showcase talent.
The Belron Exceptional Customer Service Award is a global recognition scheme for anyone across the entire Belron world. A panel of judges decide on the worthy winners, and the winners are presented with their award by a member of the Executive Team. Again, the award highlights the importance we place on recognising and rewarding our people.
