D’Ieteren announces exclusive discussions with Clayton, Dubilier & Rice to sell minority shareholding in Belron
D’Ieteren has today announced that they have entered into exclusive discussions with Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a global private investment firm, to sell a 40% shareholding in Belron.
Various consultations and regulatory steps will now be undertaken prior to closing a transaction which is expected sometime in early 2018.
