Doing business responsibly is therefore both at the heart of what makes our business special and how we create value.
Our Responsible Business Framework sets out our commitments. It’s built on two strategic pillars:

These pillars are supported by strong foundations in governance, leadership, measurement, and ethics.
Our repair first approach remains at the core of our operations, as we know that a windscreen repair generates up to 80% fewer emissions. Whenever we can we repair rather than replace a customer’s windscreen because it costs less for customers and helps reduce waste and emissions.
