The Belron Ronnie Lubner Charitable Foundation (BRLCF) was set up in 2020 and named in honour of our former CEO, Ronnie Lubner who believed passionately that we all have a responsibility to give back to those less fortunate.
Since its launch, the Foundation has donated over €14.5m to causes around the world, helping hundreds of charities across six continents.

In 2025, the Foundation donated €3.9m, including further donations under its Global Grants Programme, responding to employee nominations, as well as supporting the emergency response through Save the Children, following the Myanmar earthquake.

Following a thorough application and review process the BRLCF, through its Global Grants Programme, is supporting the following oranisations - Girls not Brides, Humans in the loop, Joblinge, Planning for Tomorrow (P4T), SmartStart, Young Roots and Tuyoor Al Amal - and will continue to identify other organisations it can support.

Belron’s roots are firmly established in South Africa and the business has a long standing and deep relationship with Afrika Tikkun.

We want Belron to be one of the most sustainable service companies in the world
