President and CEO of Safelite® Group

 

Renee Cacchillo was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Safelite in 2021. Since joining the company in 2011, she’s held a variety of leadership roles in operations, advertising, digital, customer experience and technology, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Customer Experience Officer. In her current role, Renee works closely with the senior leadership team, positioning Safelite as a People Powered, Customer Driven organization with the purpose of bringing unexpected happiness to millions of customers each year. 

 

Prior to joining Safelite in 2011, Cacchillo spent over 25 years in the retail and consulting industry, leading several fast-paced consumer brands, including Bob Evans, Mimi’s Café Restaurants, Bath & Body Works/Limited Brands, Hallmark, Dillard’s and Accenture. 

 

Cacchillo earned a Bachelor of Science and an MBA with a focus on marketing from the University of Kansas.
