Spirit of Belron Challenge
Belron is proud of its long-standing partnership with Afrika Tikkun since 2002, helping transform the lives of children and young people in South Africa, where Belron was founded. Each year, thousands of colleagues, alongside family, friends, partners and suppliers, take part in the Spirit of Belron Challenge to raise as much money as possible for Afrika Tikkun and support the work they do some of South Africa’s poorest communities.
Rising to the Challenge: SOBC 2026
In 2026, we celebrated our 25th Spirit of Belron Challenge — a global event that united thousands of colleagues, families, friends, suppliers, and partners to raise money for our charity partner, Afrika Tikkun.
The event spanned a ten-day virtual Challenge and concluded with an exciting day of sports at Dorney Lake in the UK. Participants from more than 30 countries took part, cycling, running, walking, swimming, and using wheelchairs — to cover an incredible 347,000 kilometres.
Thanks to this extraordinary effort, we’ve raised over €2.4 million to support Afrika Tikkun, helping transform the lives of children and young people in some of South Africa’s most underserved communities.
