Everyone can make a difference
We know that we can have real impact when we come together for a common purpose, and we are deeply proud of our partnership with the charity Afrika Tikkun, which helps transform the lives of children and young people in some of the poorest parts of South Africa.
Every year, thousands of Belron colleagues, together with our families, friends, partners and suppliers, join our major fundraising event, the Spirit of Belron Challenge (SOBC) to raise as much money as possible for Afrika Tikkun.
Rising to the Challenge: SOBC 2025
In 2025, we celebrated our 24th Spirit of Belron Challenge — a global event that united over 11,500 colleagues, families, friends, suppliers, and partners to raise money for our charity partner, Afrika Tikkun.
The event spanned a ten-day virtual Challenge and concluded with an exciting day of sports at Dorney Lake in the UK. Participants from more than 38 countries took part, cycling, running, walking, swimming, and using wheelchairs — to cover an incredible 340,000 kilometres.
Thanks to this extraordinary effort, we’ve raised over €2 million to support Afrika Tikkun, helping transform the lives of children and young people in some of South Africa’s most underserved communities.
